[Ninja] Squads
This page is for squad set up. Though we will all be working as a clan, to increase friendly competition and skill we have created squads, squads will allow you, and 3 other [Ninjas] to get better acquainted with simmilarily skilled members. This will also introduce a different type of rank system: squad ranks, you will advance in squad rank purely through you and your squads battlefield skill and through your show of teamwork. Squads will be created specifically by the Warlords, we will choose squads, either stacking skilled members for ultimate domination, or teaming up new members with a master for training, and a fun and laid back learning experience from our trusted masters. Another possibility, is a "Squad-Upon-Request" this will allow you to choose members to your liking and make your own squad, this will only be allowed for our Conquerors and Masters WITH permission from the Warlords if we see it fit for you to choose who is in your squad. When your squad begins you will all be on an even level, after you spend some time with your squad you will be appointed a squad leader, the squad leader will be in charge of: keeping your squads attitude in check, making sure you all are in the designated tournaments and events, and to help keep up squad morale.
Back on the subject of squad ranks, we will be holding special squad tournaments, pitting squad on squad against eachother to see who comes out on top and gains a higher squad ranking. Squads will be set up accordingly with a Rifleman, Machine Gunner, Sniper, and Shot Gunner. This set up will allow a balanced team to crush the enemies you will be facing out there on the battlefield. If a squad leader would like to change this, he may talk to the Warlords about what ideas he has for equipping his squad. Be aware that if you join with a friend and you BOTH are for a example snipers, it is more than likely that you will be assigned to different squads. Be aware that once your squad receives a squad captain you may select a name for your squad to give your squad a sense of independence in the clan
For those hardcore [Ninja] members, you can aspire to the ultimate squad goal, riding along with the very best squad in the clan, the Warlord Squad. If you make it to this position you will be fighting along side the creators and officers of this clan, the Warlords. This honor is achieved by showing not just extreme loyalty and recruitment services, but also by showing that you have what it takes to ride with us, some things we look for in battle field skills, will be the ability to set off 2-3 dog attacks in the span of one round. Also, hone your survival skill to achieve a Kill Death spread of +5 or higher. Look forward to this high honor if you know your going to be with us for the long haul with this clan.
